Kari

Music plays a big role in Kari’s family. Her husband grew up in a household with his dad playing banjo and guitar. Kari has also played the flute for 14 years. She loves being a mom to her son. As a family, they love swimming and floating on the river in the summer, and staying inside warm and watching movies in the winter.

What inspired you to become a surrogate?

After having my son, I wanted to be able to give someone a family that couldn’t do it themselves, and have that same kind of love.

What was it like working with Creative Family Connections?

After doing some research, CFC felt like the right fit. Especially after talking to recruiting. They made me feel so comfortable and they made sure I had all the information I needed.

What was your surrogate pregnancy & journey like?

It was a wild ride. My favorite part was getting to know my IPs and seeing how happy they were each step of the way.

What was it like seeing your IPs hold their baby for the first time?

It made everything worth it. Still to this day, the twins are almost a year old, and seeing how happy they are makes me feel like I did something great.
