Creative Family Connections (CFC) was founded in 2001 by attorney and Harvard Law graduate Diane Hinson. We’re a team led by amazing women and former surrogates, many of us have personally experienced the challenges and joys of building a family through assisted reproduction. We believe deeply in our founding principle that everyone can build a family, and we’ve proudly supported LGBTQ+ and single parents since day one.

You’ll have a dedicated Journey Coordinator. This person will be your point person from match to delivery. They will be supporting both you and your surrogate. They handle the details: scheduling screenings, coordinating travel, sharing clear fund snapshots, and smoothing every step from cycling and embryo transfer through pregnancy.
Every journey is unique. Our team provides personalized, concierge-level care tailored to your needs, with the entire CFC staff available anytime. We’re with you from the first video meet to post‑delivery support, right down to thoughtful touches like arranging gifts or flowers for your surrogate.
As a top surrogacy agency, CFC is powered by a highly experienced surrogacy law team and finance team. Our attorneys have helped shape national best practices through SEEDS, ensuring transparent, ethical processes from matching to money management. Your funds for CFC services are protected in a regulated IOLTA trust and remain yours until earned; if services end, any unearned funds are returned. Your funds for expenses and third-party services are held in your escrow account and managed by an independent third-party escrow agent. We’re fully independent with no affiliations with IVF clinics, insurers, or financial institutions. You pay your clinic directly. Think of us as your advocates and partners, here to guide you every step of the way.
